Meaning of Yoga
The simple meaning of Yoga is to add. However, here the meaning is to add Soul with the GOD. In another way, Yoga is the science of Body and Soul purification. Yoga completely purifies the Body, Mind and Soul. Yoga plays an important role in the development of one's qualities. Yoga alone can quickly balance the muscular system, increase bone flexibility, improve proper circulation and glandular function. The practice of yoga prevents ailments and/or faster recovery.
Hath yog
Hatha yoga combines properly positioned poses, focus on the breath, and a sense of self-awareness, called mindfulness. All performed well within your personal comfort zone. Hatha Yoga includes asanas along with the six Shatkarmas (physical and mental dittos techniques), Mudras and Bandhas (psycho-physiological energy release techniques) and Pranayama.
Ashtaang yog
Ashtanga literally means eight-limbs yoga. It revolves from Pattanjali's, the developer of this style, with the idea that the path of purification is composed of eight spiritual practices. Ashtanga is physically demanding. Participants move through a series of flows, going from one posture to another in order to build strength, flexibility and stamina.
Kundalini Yog
Kundalini Yoga is the most powerful Yoga known, and is considered to be the mother of all Styles of Yoga. This system of Yoga is concerned with awakening of the psychic centers or chakras, which exist in every individual. There are six main chakras.. In Kundalini Yoga, higher-level chakras are awakened, along with activities associated with these higher psychic centers. The basic method of awakening involves deep concentration on these chakras and forcing their arousal. Asanas, Pranayama, Mudra, Bandha and other forms of Yoga such as Mantra Yoga are also used to stimulate the awakening.
