Annapurna Circuit Trek is Nepal's most popular classic trekking route that covers most beautiful landscapes, beautiful Manang valley, world's most adventurous Thorong La pass connecting lower altitude with Tibetan pleatue. The other side of the Annapurna is Mustang valley where the famous Muktinath Temple is. You will get chance to be in world's deepest gorge Kaligandaki gorge in this Trekking. Annapurna circuit hike covers major thing's to see in Annapurna Region of Nepal. Dare to walk in the altitude of 5400m Thorung La pass. Ghorepani Poon Hill is one of the part of classical Annapurna Trekking. The world highest lake Tilicho can be made part of this Trekking. The Mountain peaks of Annapurna and Dhaulagiri range including Manaslu will be seen from closest distance. Join round Annapurna trekking program offered by Nepal Spiritual Trekking.
There is development of road from both side of Annapurna circuit. People can make Annapurna trekking from 7 days to up to three weeks. Drive and flight options can be used to make a itinerary according to your time. Please let us know your holiday days so we will suggest yo accordingly. People sometimes combine Annapurna circuit Trekking with Nar Phu Valley Trekking program.
When the trip come at Pokhara you have option to stay extra days, return to Kathmandu, or extend to another trip, which we will be happy to assist you. Options include: a safari, or white water rafting/kayaking, or another trek with us.
Day 01: Arrive Kathmandu.
Arrival Kathmandu airport, greeted by our guide and transfer to hotel followed by shopping for trekking gear and an evening briefing about the trek and all programs. After briefing, meet with yogi to do some light evening stretching, evening enjoy welcome dinner with group followed by Nepali traditional Cultural Dance. o/n at Hotel. Includes: (D).
Day 02: Kathmandu city tour program. This day we will visit fountain spiritual Hindu and Buddhist places of Kathmandu, The medieval city squares of Kathmandu.
Day 03: Kathmandu to Bulbule (790 m, 6-hour drive).
After breakfast, the crew and the bus arrive and we drive to Bhulbhule via Besisahar. The drive takes about 6 hours to reach to Bhulbhule, the capital of Lamjung, Nepal. The drive continues on the Prithvi Highway towards Pokhara and passes several valley villages, mostly along the banks of the beautiful like Trishuli and Marsyangdi rivers. After Dumre on Prithvi Highway, we head through the forests, terraced plains on the banks of the Marsyangdi River for about two hours before reaching Bhulbhule. o/n at Lodge. Includes: (B, L, D).
Day 04: Bhulbhule to Chamje (1,410 m).
After sunrise yoga, our adventure continues. Crossing the Marshyangdi River on a suspension bridge you will come to the ACAP check post, passing a majestic waterfall, watching langur monkeys along the way. The trail reaches Ngadi and on to Lampata. Then, finally making a short steep climb you will reach Baundanda Descend on a steep, slippery trail and then climb to Lili Bhir, where you can visit a hot spring. The trek continues to Khanigaon (1170 m) and further on to Ghermu Phant with a huge waterfall. Then the trail descends, crosses the Marshyangdi river on a bridge at Syange (1080 m) and climbs to Shree Chaur. Passing a small waterfall, we descend slightly and the trail reaches Jagat (1330 m). After Jagat we take a long climb through the forest where we arrive at Chamj. Evening Yoga to stretch our tired muscles from first day of trekking. O/N at mountain Lodge. Includes": (B, L, D).
Day 05: Chamje to Bagarchap (2,160 m).
Early morning sunrise yoga. After breakfast, we start another beautiful day crossing the Marshyangdi river and making several ups and downs along the trail through bamboo and rhododendron forests to Tal Besi and to the foot of Tal, a large waterfall (1675 m). Descending along the east bank of the river, the trail reaches Karte and climbs to Dharapani (1920 m). Then the trek enters the east-west Manang valley in a forest of blue pine, spruce, hemlock, maple and finally reaches Bagarchap. Evening sunset Yoga. O/N at mountain Lodge. Includes: (B, L, D).
Day 06: Bagarchap to Chame (2,630 m).
Early morning yoga. After Breakfast we leave from Bagarchap. The trail climbs through the forest to Dhanakyu (2290 m), and continues uphill through the forest to Lattemarang (2360 m). The trail then descends to Thanchok and to Kotho (2590 m), a meadow surrounded by huge pine and spruce trees. Chame is the administrative headquarter of the Manang district. From here you have an excellent view of Lamjung Himal, Annapurna II and Annapurna IV. Evening yoga, O/N at mountain lodge. Includes: (B, L, D).
Day 07: Chame to Pisang (3,190 m).
Sunrise yoga, early morning to energize your body. After Breakfast the trek continues. From Chame, you will reach Bhratang after walking through the pine forest and huge apple orchard surrounded by a stone wall. The trail has admirable views of Annapurna II, Pisang peak, Himalchuli and Ngadi Chuli and ends the day at Pisang, upper part of Manang Valley. Evening Yoga, O/N at mountain lodge. Day 08: Pisang to Manang (3,540 m).
Morning yoga. After breakfast the trails takes a long ascent with the excellent view of the Manang valley and Tilicho peak (7134 m), reaching Manang airstrip at Hongde (3325 m). Crossing to the north bank of Marshyangdi, the trail passes Mungji (3360 m) and climbs to Bryaga (3550 m), Tibetan-style village. Finally, you will reach Manang. Evening yoga, O/N at mountain lodge. Day 09: Acclimatization Day in Manang.
Early morning sunrise yoga. After breakfast you will climb the ridge to the north of the village for excellent views of Annapurna IV, Annapurna II and Tarke Kang (7193m). If you descend from the village you will see the glacial lake at the foot of the huge ice fall that drops from Gangapurna (7454m) back to Manang. Evening yoga O/N at mountain Lodge (B,L,D)
Day 10: Manang to Letdar (4,250 m).
Morning yoga. After breakfast, the trail crosses a stream, climbs to Tengi, and then continues to climb out of the Marshyangdi valley, reaching the small village of Gunsang (3930 m). The trail passes through a sparse forest of juniper, rose, and barberry and crosses a large stream, to reach Yak Kharka (4090 m). About an hour more you will reach Letdar. Evening yoga O/N at mountain Lodge. Includes: (B, L, D).
Day 11: Letdar to Thorung Phedi (4,420 m).
Morning Yoga. After breakfast the trail continues to climb along the east bank of the Jar sang Khola then descends and crosses the stream on a bridge. Making a short descent you will reach Thorung Phedi. Evening yoga, O/N at mountain Lodge. Includes: (B, L, D).
Day 12: Thorung Phedi to Muktinath (3,800 m).
An early morning wake-up, after breakfast we set out for the toughest part of the trek. The trail begins with a steep ascent immediately behind the last lodge of Thorung Phendi. The route is steep at first but becomes less so as you gain altitude. At Thorung Phendi you cross a small valley, descending to the stream and climbing across the far slope. The 4-5 hours of steep climbing takes you past prayer flags welcoming you to the top of the pass. Two peaks rise up from the saddle of the pass. To the north is Yakawa Kang 6482 m and to the south Khatung Kang 6488 m.
After Throung La, the descent can be very tough though not steep at first. You pass within about 50 m of a large glacier. The trail continues steeply down from here, crossing a stream to more yak herders’ huts. Passing through the meadows, you reach Muktinath. The entire walk from Thorung-La is about 4 hours and during this trail you have the first views of Dhaulagiri 8167 m (the world's seventh highest mountain). O/N at mountain Lodge. Day 13: Muktinath to Jomsom (2,710 m).
Early morning sunrise yoga. After breakfast the trek starts from Muktinath. The trail descends to Jharkot and to Khingar. Beyond Khingar you will meet the junction of two routes. The first one is Kagbeni (the entrance of upper Mustang) and another is to Jomsom. Then the trail proceeds to Eklebatti following the Kali Gandaki River. You will end the day at Jomsom where you can see the Annapurna Conservation Project, check post, hospital, airport and army camp. Evening Yoga and O/N at mountain lodge. Includes: (B, L, D).
Day 14: Jomsom to Pokhara.
Next day we wake up early, have tea/coffee at lodge, near the airport. After, board a 20-minute scenic flight to Pokhara with great views of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri Himalayan Ranges. Upon arrival transfer to the hotel and the rest of the day is free at your own leisure. In the evening have final yoga with the group. O/N at Hotel. Includes: (B, L, D).
Day 15: Pokhara.
Day 16: Drive back from Pokhara to Kathmandu. Free evening in Kathmandu. Last hour shopping.
Day 17: Fly back home.
