Meditation gets you in tune with the nature and your surroundings. The best way to do that is by being one with nature itself. You could be meditating on the banks of some of the most beautiful lakes in the Himalayas or walking along a river, but the idea is to absorb the beauty and grandeur of nature.
The concept of meditation trekking involves a meditative walk along the high Himalayan belt in Annapurna Region, Everest Region, Langtang Region or the famous power places of Buddhism and Hinduism. You will be trekking with a meditation teacher who wills discus meditations or other ancient Tibetan stories.
Meditation Trekking Retreats (5 - 7 days) are conducted all round the year and special programs are schedulded for special dates.
